The room WAS spacious. I appreciated the traditional hotel style a lot. The location is GREAT, only a 10-minute walk from Mirabell Gardens. Breakfast offered a wide variety, more than i expected.
I noticed the air conditioning struggled SLIGHTLY with the outside heat.

great locationfriendly staffdefective u-trapshort interval
the hotel has a great location near the train station. this made it easy to take day trips to other places. the staff was friendly. i felt welcomed.
the exhaust fan in the bathroom seemed to pull sewer gas. it came through the water drainage openings in the shower floor. the motion sensitive light in the bathroom turned off every couple of minutes. i found it annoying.

the location was acceptable to me the staff seemed quite helpful
i found the breakfast rather wanting the coffee tasted like dishwater and the selection was limited i also noticed a bit of mold in my room near the skylight and it dripped slightly when it rained i did not appreciate the unexpected indoor shower.
